Questionnaires completed and returned by you

Write to all parties

Obtain Deeds

Obtain Office Copy Entries

Send out Draft Contract and Office Copy Entries

Receive and reply to enquiries

Draft Contract approved

Send Contract to client for signature

Exchange Contracts and agree completion date

Reply to Requisitions on Title

Approve Draft Transfer

Send Transfer to client for signature

Draft Financial Statement

Obtain client's approval to Estate Agent's invoice

COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION

Receive sale monies

Send Title Deeds to Buyer's Solicitors

Settle any relevant accounts

Report to client with any money due
