Howard Morris, Senior Partner

Howard is the Firm's Senior Partner. He joined the firm in 1967 as an Articled Clerk. He obtained an LL.B. (Hons) Degree from Sheffield University in 1966 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1969

Howard has a keen sporting background, particularly in water sports and Rugby League. He has had a long association with St. Helens RLFC having been a Director since 1990 and Chairman from 1998 to 2002.

Amanda Woods, Partner

Amanda qualified as a solicitor after completing her studies at Manchester Metropolitan University. Her expertise is in Wills, Probate and Trust work. Aswell as a keeping busy in the office Amanda regularly travels the local area to visit clients who are unable to leave their homes and attend the office. In addition to a busy career Amanda enjoys a young family who together are keen campers and mountain bikers.

Michael Teinert

Mike, originally from Saddleworth near Oldham, read Law at Staffordshire University Law School and went on to study the Legal Practice Course at Liverpool John Moores University obtaining a Commendation. Having qualified in June 2007, Mike moved to Frodshams in November 2007 to undertake mainly residential Conveyancing work but also some commercial work. Mike is a keen rugby league fan and in his free time enjoys gardening, sport, reading and gaming. Mike is married and lives in Warrington.

Jayne Riddick, Practice Manager

Jayne has been with Frodshams since joining as a Secretary in 1976. She subsequently trained as a Legal Executive and has worked in the Practice as a Conveyancer. She became Practice Manager in 1996 and has responsibility for our IT development.

Yvonne Hughes 

Yvonne originally started her employment with Frodshams when she was 15 on a School work placement.  Yvonne continued to work part-time with the Firm until September 2006 when she commenced her Training Contract qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2008.

Yvonne works alongside the Private Client Partner Amanda Woods and deals mainly with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Court of Protection Applications. 

In her spare time Yvonne enjoys Salsa and Ballroom dancing and is a keen gardener – she is also a season ticket holder for a rugby league team.
